We are hiring for a full time kitchen manager and head chef.

We need somebody who is hands on, proactive, happy to take on responsibility, and loves to surf! 

At least SOME Indonesian skills are required as you will be joining an already established kitchen department, all of whom speak limited English. 

Our resort is in a remote part of Indonesia. Supplies are limited, good planning ahead skills are absolutely essential.

You should be able to order supplies and plan meals up to two weeks in advance. 

The compensation offered will depend on skills and experience. Free accommodation, and all living expenses will be covered as standard. You will be living onsite with the rest of our team, in Pulao Masokut, Mentawai.
